Delivery & Shipping

Every Enchanted hamper is prepared with care and delivered with the same attention to detail that goes into each gift.

Standard Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Mauritius within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Standard delivery is available for a flat fee of MUR 250. Orders placed before 12pm on business days are prioritised for next-day dispatch.

Express Delivery

Need it sooner? Our express service guarantees next-business-day delivery for orders placed before 11am. Express delivery is available for MUR 450. Please contact us directly for same-day delivery requests — we will do our best to accommodate.

Free Delivery

Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all orders over MUR 3,000. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate orders or bulk deliveries of 10 or more hampers, our team will coordinate delivery logistics directly with you. Timelines are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation to ensure everything arrives perfectly and on schedule.

Packaging

Your hamper arrives in our signature Enchanted gift packaging — beautifully presented and ready to give. We do not include any price labels or invoices inside the parcel, making every delivery gift-ready from the moment it arrives.

Delivery Notes

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, we recommend placing your order at least 5 business days in advance. For time-sensitive deliveries, please reach out to us directly.
