Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Our Commitment

At Enchanted, every hamper is crafted to delight. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your hamper and we will work with you to find the best resolution.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please note that personalised or custom-branded hampers are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

Perishable & Consumable Items

Due to the nature of our products, perishable food and beverage items cannot be returned once delivered. If you receive items that are damaged or spoiled on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Damaged on Arrival

If your hamper arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us at sales@enchantedmauritius.com or call +230 5743 4227 within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email sales@enchantedmauritius.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any supporting photos if applicable. Our team will respond within one business day with next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
